Li-Fi is a high speed wireless technology which is similar to Wi-Fi. The term was invented by Herald Haas.
Li-Fi is measured to be about 100 times faster than some Wi-Fi implementations, with the speed of 220 gigabytes per second, it uses visible light communication.
Li-Fi can be used in electromagnetic sensitive areas such as the hospital without causing any electromagnetic interference.
It has been tested in the real world and 100 times faster than Wi-Fi.
Benefits Of Li-Fi Technology
Reduces interception of signals
No any health related issue
It is faster an cheaper
