Do you want to reach out to millions of people in a single click ? if yes, you need a computer. There are lots of thing that can’t be done without the use of  computers. Computers are used in schools, hospitals, organizations, military, even by the governments. Computers are used for businesses; think about E-commerce, e-commerce can never be done without computers. Computers are indeed part of everything we do.

2.       Computer science offers many profitable careers:  computing jobs are among the highest paid jobs in the world. An average computer programmer makes $79,502 annually. As a computer scientist, you don’t need to get a job, yes, you might not need a job. You can be a freelance programmer, freelance designer, freelance penetration tester, you don’t need to get a physical job, you can just work online and get paid online. Computer career is very interesting if you can focus and learn before you start earning.

3.       Computing jobs are here to stay: Technology is evolving, such that every task now involves the use of computers. Every single industry requires computer literates. Problem is science, ranging from health care to banking, when a problem occurs, they call on computer scientist for solution. It’s now left for the computer scientist to figure out the problem, design the needed software and install. As you can see, cybercrime has overtaken physical crime, especially in the US. Who is going to combat the cyber criminal ? you don’t expect an ordinary police to fight him, how can the police even get him caught ? This is where computer scientists are needed, they track the cyber criminal down and get him arrested by the police. Now, you see computer scientists also have room in the police department.

Go get a degree in computing.
